339.2407 Licensing salesperson in employ of 1 builder or contractor; application for transfer and issuance of new license; submission of salesperson's license application. Sec. 2407. (1) A salesperson shall be licensed in the employ of only 1 residential builder or maintenance and alteration contractor. If a salesperson desires to change employment from 1 residential builder or maintenance and alteration contractor to another, the license shall be forwarded to the department and application made for a transfer and the issuance of a new license under the salesperson's new employer.
