339.521 Consideration of petition; reinvestigation; reply. Sec. 521. In considering a petition submitted under section 520, the department and an appropriate board may reinvestigate the school, institution, or person and the curriculum of the school, institution, or program offered by the person before replying to the petition. The reply to the petition shall set forth the reasons licensure, approval, or recognition had not been granted. The reply shall be sent to the petitioning school, institution, or person.
