339.5309 Board; compensation and expenses.Sec. 309. Annually, the legislature shall fix the per diem compensation of a member of a board. Travel or other expenses incurred by a member of a board in the performance of an official function is payable by the department under the standardized travel regulations of the department of technology, management, and budget.
