339.5419 Fees, money, and income received by department; disposition.Sec. 419. All fees and money received by the department for the licensing of persons under this act, and any other income the department receives under this act, shall be paid into the state construction code fund created in section 22 of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act, 1972 PA 230, MCL 125.1522.
