35.928 Administration of act; expenses; payment; appropriation. Sec. 8. The expenses of the administration of this act and of 1947 PA 4, MCL 35.901 to 35.906, subsequent to the issuance of the bonds, shall be paid from the veterans' military pay fund in accordance with the accounting laws of the state. For this purpose there is hereby appropriated a sum of not to exceed $1,500,000 from said veterans' military pay fund which shall be released by the state administrative board at such time and in amounts determined and recommended by the budget director, to the adjutant general, and the state treasurer as required to carry out the provisions of this act and 1947 PA 4, MCL 35.901 to 35.906, subsequent to the issuance of the bonds.
