35.275 United Spanish war veterans; power to charter and govern camps. Sec. 5. Such corporation when duly formed shall have power to institute and charter camps of the United Spanish War Veterans within this state, and from time to time issue such orders for the government of camps as are not repugnant to the rules and regulations of the national headquarters of the United Spanish War Veterans of the United States.
