35.401a Veterans; military experience relevant factor for compensation; 'veteran' defined.Sec. 1a. If this state or a political subdivision of this state hires a veteran, this state or the political subdivision shall treat the veteran's military experience as relevant professional experience for the purpose of determining the veteran's wage or salary.
