35.882 Military museum and battle flags; control and management. Sec. 2. The board of state auditors shall have full control and management of the museum and battle flags, and a committee of 3 veterans of the civil or Spanish-American war shall be appointed by the department commander, grand army of the republic, to act jointly with the board of state auditors, in soliciting relics, placing them in position and such other assistance as the board may require of them.
