35.978 Administration of act; authority of state administrative board. Sec. 8. The state administrative board shall have general charge and supervision over the administration of the provisions of this act; shall direct the adjutant general in relation to his duties hereunder; shall fix the number of persons employed in carrying out the provisions of this act; and shall make all necessary rules in relation to any matter prescribed by this act.
