35.979a Korean veterans' military pay fund; transfer of balance to general fund. Sec. 9a. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this act and on the effective date of this amendatory act, any balance remaining in the Korean veterans' military pay fund shall be transferred to the general fund and all future payments of claims and administration expenses shall be made from the general fund in accordance with the accounting laws of the state.
