35.984 Aid from Congress; acceptance by state administrative board. Sec. 14. In case the congress of the United States shall adopt measures providing for financial aid or other assistance available to the state of Michigan in the payment of the bonus under the provisions of this act, the state administrative board is hereby authorized on behalf of the state of Michigan to accept any such financial or other assistance.
