35.35 County record book for discharges from armed forces; certified copy admissible as evidence. Sec. 5. Certified copies of such record, under the seal of the circuit court of the county in which such discharge is recorded, shall be received as evidence of the contents of the original discharge, in all cases where such evidence may be required.
