37.252 Delivery of envelope or package with personal information visible prohibited. Sec. 2. A state agency or a local governmental unit shall not deliver or cause to be delivered an envelope or package on the outside of which personal information is placed or on the inside of which personal information is placed that is visible from the outside of the envelope or package.
