37.1205 Apprenticeship, on the job, or other training or retraining programs; discrimination prohibited. Sec. 205. An employer, labor organization, or joint labor management committee controlling apprenticeship, on the job, or other training or retraining programs shall not discriminate against an individual because of a disability in admission to, or employment or continuation in, a program established to provide apprenticeship or other training.
