37.208 Violation; penalty. Sec. 8. A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. History: 1982, Act 44, Eff. Mar. 30, 1983
