38.691 Agreement to establish, combine, and finance retirement systems. Sec. 1. Any 2 or more political subdivisions or other governmental instrumentalities created pursuant to state or local law may enter into an agreement to establish, combine, and finance retirement systems for their respective employees and officials, elected or appointed.
