38.1631 Remarriage of surviving spouse. Sec. 31. The remarriage of a surviving spouse shall not render the surviving spouse ineligible to receive the retirement allowance benefits provided for in this act, regardless of the date of the remarriage. History: 1986, Act 182, Eff. Oct. 1, 1986
