38.1641 Retirement allowance increases for command officers; effect on salary adjustments. Sec. 41. The retirement allowance increases being given to command officers under this act shall be considered by the coordinated compensation panel of the civil service commission when determining salary adjustments for command officers for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1987.
