38.859 Political subdivision; plan to provide for appropriations to contribution fund. Sec. 9. Each plan made under section 8 shall provide that the political subdivision will appropriate to the contribution fund created under section 13 of this act for each year that the plan is in effect an amount equal to the subdivision's share of the cost of administration of this act by the department, such amount to be not greater than 5 per centum of the contributions made by the subdivision under the requirements of section 11.
