38.864 Contribution fund; administrative account, establishment, deposits. Sec. 14. There shall be established within the contribution fund a separate account to be known as the administrative account. This account shall consist of, and there shall be deposited therein, all moneys received under sections 9 and 18. All moneys received in the administrative account shall be mingled and undivided.
