38.866 Contribution fund; payments to secretary of treasury. Sec. 16. From the contribution fund the custodian of the fund shall pay to the secretary of the treasury of the United States such amounts as are provided under the agreement entered into under section 3 and the social security act, at such time or times as the department directs.
