38.867 Contribution fund; administration. Sec. 17. The treasurer of the state shall be ex-officio treasurer and custodian of the contribution fund and shall administer such fund in accordance with the provisions of this act and the directions of the department and shall pay all warrants drawn upon it in accordance with the provisions of this act and with such regulations as the department may prescribe pursuant thereto.
