38.869 Appropriation of all contributions to contribution fund. Sec. 19. For the purpose of administering the provisions of this act, there are hereby appropriated to the department all contributions made to the contribution fund under section 9 and there is authorized to be appropriated from the general fund for each fiscal year an amount necessary to pay the state's proportionate share of the cost of administration of this act.
