38.15 Original members; prior service certification. Sec. 15. Subject to such rules and regulations as the retirement board shall adopt, the retirement board shall certify to each original member of the retirement system the aggregate amount of all service rendered by him prior to July 1, 1943. Such certification shall be final and conclusive for retirement purposes as to such service, unless modified by the retirement board upon application made by the member. History: 1943, Act 240, Eff.
