38.465 Civil service employees; soliciting for political purposes prohibited. Sec. 15. No officer or employee of the township in the classified civil service, directly or indirectly, shall make, solicit or receive, or be in any manner concerned in making, soliciting or receiving any assessment, subscription or contribution for any political party or any political purpose whatsoever.
