38.1017b 'Leadership position' defined. Sec. 17b. 'Leadership position' means a position held by a member of the legislature who, in addition to salary common to all legislators, receives supplemental salary attributable to holding that position as determined by the state officers compensation commission under section 12 of article IV of the state constitution of 1963 and 1968 PA 357, MCL 15.211 to 15.218.
