38.1030 Board of trustees; quorum, proxy. Sec. 30. Each trustee is entitled to 1 vote on any action of the board and at least 6 concurring votes are necessary for any action by the board at a meeting. A decision or action shall not become effective, unless presented and so approved by the action of the board.
