38.1048 Warrants. Sec. 48. The accounting division of the department of management and budget is authorized and directed to draw warrants upon the state treasurer payable from the funds of this system for purposes provided for in this act upon the presentation of vouchers approved by the secretary of the board in accordance with resolutions of the board.
