38.556a Municipality having population of 80,000 or more; applicability of MCL 38.556(1)(h) to certain members. Sec. 6a. In a municipality having a population of 80,000 or more, section 6(1)(h) shall be applicable to any member who continues in service on or after the date he or she acquires 15 years of service credit.
