38.404 Referendum; ballot, statement of question. Sec. 4. Same; ballots. Ballots shall be prepared and distributed, in the manner required by law, by the same officers prescribed by law for general elections. The question shall be stated on the ballot as follows, viz.: Shall the county civil service system, as provided for by Act No. .... of the Public Acts of 1941, be adopted in the county of .....................? and immediately below and on different lines shall be printed the word 'yes' and the word 'no.'
