380.652 Superintendent; surety bond. Sec. 652. An intermediate superintendent shall execute a surety bond, approved and paid for by the intermediate school board, in the penal sum of $1,000.00 and conditioned upon the superintendent's faithful accounting and payment of intermediate school district money.
