380.685 Payments from area vocational-technical education funds; computation; reimbursement; payment of percent of difference. Sec. 685. An intermediate school board in which an area vocational-technical education program is established shall make payments from area vocational-technical education funds to those constituent districts and community colleges under contract serving the intermediate school district which operate area vocational-technical education centers. Payments shall be computed as follows: the total cost of an area vocational-technical education center shall be computed; and, from this amount shall be deducted the current state-federal vocational education reimbursement for the area vocational-technical education center. All or part of the difference resulting shall be reimbursable by the intermediate school board. If the funds are not sufficient to make up this difference, a like percent of the difference shall be paid to all area vocational-technical education centers in the intermediate school district.
