380.688 Vocational-technical education center; contract to accept nonresident pupils. Sec. 688. A constituent district or community college maintaining an area vocational-technical education facility designated by the state board may enter into a contract with the intermediate school board and shall become an area vocational-technical education center by contracting with the intermediate school board to accept nonresident pupils assigned into its facility by the intermediate school board.
