380.976 Change in boundaries; continued attendance of twelfth grade pupils without payment of tuition. Sec. 976. If the boundaries of a school district are changed pursuant to this part, a pupil in the twelfth grade at the time of the change or entering twelfth grade at the beginning of the school year immediately following the change shall be allowed to continue attending school in the school district which the pupil attended before the change without payment of tuition.
