380.1140 Skilled trades training and apprenticeship programs; access to representatives of associations to provide information. Sec. 1140. If a school district, intermediate school district, or public school academy allows institutions of higher education access to school facilities or activities to provide information to pupils about educational, vocational, or apprenticeship opportunities, the board of the school district or intermediate school district or board of directors of the public school academy shall allow the same access to representatives of associations to provide information about skilled trades training and apprenticeship programs.
