380.1202 Record of proceedings, accounts, and business; public records; inspection. Sec. 1202. The board of a school district shall maintain records of the proceedings of the board, the accounts of the treasurer, and the business of the district in an orderly manner. The records of the board shall be public records subject to inspection under section 492 of Act No. 328 of the Public Acts of 1931, as amended, being section 750.492 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
