380.1228 Contract between school or intermediate district and public school academy to provide services. Sec. 1228. The board of a school district or intermediate school district may enter into an agreement with a public school academy to provide services to the public school academy or to pupils of the public school academy, or for the public school academy to provide services to the school district or intermediate school district or to pupils of the school district or intermediate school district. The services may be provided on a cooperative basis. A school district or intermediate school district may charge the public school academy, or a public school academy may charge the school district or intermediate school district, for services described in this section.
