§ 380.1234

380.1234 Exchange teachers; compensation, rights, and privileges. Sec. 1234. A teacher employed by a school district of this state, while the teacher is performing teaching duties in another state, a foreign country, or a territory of the United States or a foreign country with the consent of the employing school board in exchange for the services of a teacher of another state, a foreign country, or a territory of the United States or a foreign country, is entitled to the same compensation, rights, and privileges, including retirement benefits, as though the teacher were continuously performing normal teaching duties for the employing school board consenting to the exchange.
