§ 380-1279d

380.1279d Report of irregularities to any person or entity involved in scoring or administration.Sec. 1279d. If the superintendent of public instruction or any other state agency has reason to suspect that there are irregularities in a school district's or public school academy's administration of, or preparation of pupils for, a Michigan educational assessment program (MEAP) test or the Michigan merit examination, the superintendent of public instruction or other state agency shall not report the suspected irregularities to any person or entity not involved in the scoring or administration of the test before notifying the school district or public school academy of the suspected irregularities and allowing at least 5 business days for school officials to respond.
