380.1324 Transportation for pupils; contracts; price. Sec. 1324. The board of a school district or board of directors of a public school academy may enter into a contract with the board of another school district or board of directors of a public school academy or with private persons to furnish transportation for nonresident pupils attending public and state approved nonpublic schools located within the school district or in other school districts. The price paid for the transportation shall not be less than the actual cost of the transportation to the school district or public school academy furnishing transportation.
