§ 380.1724

380.1724 Increasing millage limit; submission of question; election; form of ballot.Sec. 1724. Subject to section 1724a, an intermediate school board operating under sections 1722 to 1729 may direct that the question of increasing the millage limit on the annual property tax levied for special education be submitted to the school electors of the intermediate school district. The election shall be called and held in the manner provided in section 661.
