380.1813 Violation of rule; penalty. Sec. 1813. A member or employee of a board of a school district or intermediate school district, or other person who violates, or causes to be violated, a rule promulgated under section 1343 is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both.
