388.1667a Industrial and technological education and workforce preparation.Sec. 67a. (1) From the general fund money appropriated under section 11, there is allocated an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for 2024-2025 only for a grant to be distributed by the department to an organization to provide industrial and technological education and workforce preparation for students and professional development opportunities and support for teachers. (2) Notwithstanding section 17b, the department shall make grant payments under this section on a schedule determined by the department. History: Add. 2024, Act 120, Eff.
