***** 388.1699f THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 120 OF 2024 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2024 ***** 388.1699f Eligible school district; funding to cover residual costs of collapsed high school roof.Sec. 99f. (1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated in section 11, there is allocated for 2023-2024 only an amount not to exceed $4,000,000.00 to compensate an eligible district for residual costs associated with the collapse of a high school roof. (2) Notwithstanding section 17b, the department shall make payments under this section on a schedule determined by the department. (3) As used in this section, 'eligible district' means a district that demonstrates to the department that a roof collapsed in June of 2019 at a high school operated by the district.
