388.1764 Forfeiture of amount equal to expenditure for cars or chauffeurs. Sec. 164. A district or intermediate district shall forfeit an amount to which the district or intermediate district otherwise would be entitled under this act equal to the district's or intermediate district's expenditures in the immediately preceding school fiscal year for purchasing, leasing, or renting cars for board members for use within district or intermediate district boundaries, and for chauffeurs for board members or administrators.
