388.1764e Student teaching; employment discrimination prohibited. Sec. 164e. If a district or an employee of a district discriminates against a person engaging in or seeking to engage in student teaching in the district because the state university in which the person is enrolled serves as the authorizing body for 1 or more public school academies, the district forfeits an amount equal to 10% of the funds due to the district under this act.
