388.1764i Prohibited use of funds; restricting or impeding access to government resources, programs, or facilities; reporting of interference with local health officers.Sec. 164i. (1) Money appropriated under this act must not be used to restrict or impede a marginalized community's access to government resources, programs, or facilities. (2) From the funds appropriated in this act, districts, intermediate districts, public community colleges, and public universities shall report to the department any action or policy that attempts to restrict or interfere with the duties of local health officers.
