388.1768a Removing or contracting to remove asbestos. Sec. 168a. In order to receive funds under this act, a district or intermediate district shall not remove asbestos, or contract for the removal of asbestos, from an educational facility unless the removal is required under Act No. 51 of the Public Acts of 1993, being sections 388.861 to 388.864 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
