388.1838 Reporting requirements for public university; use of internet.Sec. 238. Unless otherwise specified, a public university receiving appropriations in section 236 shall use the internet to fulfill the reporting requirements of this article. This requirement includes transmission of reports via electronic mail to the recipients identified for each reporting requirement and placement of reports on an internet site.
