388.1853 Audit of enrollments, degrees, and awards at independent colleges and universities.Sec. 253. The auditor general may audit selected enrollments, degrees, and awards at selected independent colleges and universities receiving awards that are administered by the department of lifelong education, advancement, and potential. The audits must be based on definitions and requirements established by the department of lifelong education, advancement, and potential, the state budget director, and the senate and house fiscal agencies.
